Climate Change is Creating a lot of Difficulties in Africa, Europe and in the World today.
Wecass, the German-African Climate Change Integration Technology Institute Berlin and its partners; based on research on how to support and protect Europe, North and South America, Asia, African continent and the world in general, have developed the concept of educating and training Europeans, North and South Americans, Asians and African citizens here in our Berlin training centre through our experts, in the practical application of climate change technologies.
This institution has been carefully conceived and set up in order to deliver high-quality education and praxis-oriented Europe, Africa and world-specific training.

The institute’s name expresses the Africa we are looking forward to in the 21st century.
Wecass and its partners are responsible for the education and practical training of European and Africans citizens in the following climate change technologies in our institution here in Berlin.
Climate Change Technologies
- Solar energy for electricity (PV).
- Solarthermics for warm water in hotels and hospitals.
- Wind energy for electricity.
- Computer server administration for data security and fast communication.
Education and training programmes in these technologies began long ago in Berlin, but the participants were mainly from Germany, South America, Eastern and Western Europe and from various Asian countries, including China. Africans have not been actively represented in the acquisition of this knowledge, thus one major aim of Wecass is to bridge the gap between the German creators of these technologies and the Africain continent.
In our institution we have a highly qualified team of lecturers for the respective seminars and trainers with expertise in the practical application of these technologies: our lecturers not only possess know-how in regard to climate change technologies, but are also world leaders in their fields. These high standards will help to narrow the gap between Europe, North und South America, Asia, African continent and other parts of the world in these technologies.
This important move by Wecass and its partners is based on prior demonstrations of climate change adaptation and mitigation technologies on the African continent and other parts of the world. Wecass and its partners are well positioned to ensure that participants trained in our institution will have the practical knowledge to protect their country, and to support Europe, Africans, North and South Americans, Asians and the world intellectuals with regard to climate change technologies.
Wecass’ goal is to continue to strive, together with our main partners, to transfer these important technologies to Africa and other parts of the world. These adaptation and mitigation technologies will help European, Africans and the world to protect the continent in this time of climate change uncertainty. It will also improve the developing countries attractiveness to foreign investors that will help to reduce poverty in the continent.
We need a well protected World in this time of climate change disasters.

Appointment with Burundi ambassador in Berlin
 One of the meetings with the African ambassadors. The photo shows Her Excellency Domitille Barancira, the ambassador of the Republic of Burundi, with Wecass Director Forster Onyekachukwu Edward after the meeting on the education and practical training programmes that Africa requires from our institution for climate change technologies.
Her Excellency is a former judge in a court in the Republic of Burundi; she has worked very hard on her diplomatic mission, not only for her beautiful country but also for Africa more generally. Her Excellency is a prominent African intellectual. Last December, as a member of the African delegation to the Copenhagen summit, she took part in the discussions on how to resolve the problem of global carbon dioxide emissions. In her diplomatic base here in Berlin she works very actively for Africa
Meeting in Munich with the managing director Solar World AG Africa
An important meeting held at the new Munich Trade Fair Centre on 11th June 2010. In the photo are: Wecass Director Forster Onyekachukwu Edward (left) and Gregor Küpper, managing director of Solar World AG Africa. This meeting had been planned to take place long ago, but due to many commitments on both sides, including Mr Küpper’s involvement in the Solar Park project in South Africa, the appointment was unable to be held until 11th June this year.
At the meeting, Wecass took the opportunity to congratulate Mr Küpper for the fantastic project, “Football for Hope Centre” in the community of Khayelitsha, in Cape Town, South Africa, which involved a solar-power TV station in the run-up to the Football World Cup 2010. more...
The meeting of the Guinea ambassador with the economical adviser in Berlin
The meeting with the Ambassador of Guinea on 27th April 2010 provided further evidence that the African continent and its leaders are now moving in the right direction in their support and protection of African countries. His Excellency Mohamed Lamine Kaba is an extremely hard working and focused ambassador who loves his country very much and continually works for its interests and those of the African continent. The Economics Adviser Mrs.Diallo Fatoumata Diaraye Sow is a very important individual for the Republic of Guinea: she is very hard working and always ready to respond quickly on issues that she feels will benefit the Republic of Guinea.
Appointment by the Embassy of the Rep. Burkina Faso
